Frizzcut Toy Poodles is a dog breeding kennel in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape, South Africa, run by Lisle Matthews. We breed Toy Poodle and place puppies with families across South Africa and, on request, internationally. We are registered with the Kennel Union of Southern Africa (KUSA), membership number 1019494.

This website is provided for information only. Its purpose is to:

• share information about the kennel, our practices, and our dogs;
• show what puppies and litters are current or upcoming; and
• let prospective owners send an enquiry.

The website does not facilitate online sales, payments, or reservations of puppies.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute:

• a reservation of a puppy;
• a purchase agreement;
• a guarantee of availability; or
• a binding contract of sale.

All arrangements relating to deposits, reservations, purchases, and puppy placement are discussed privately between you and the kennel, and may be subject to a separate written agreement. No payment is taken through this website.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Puppy availability can change at any time, planned or upcoming litters are not guaranteed, and details may be updated without notice. We make no warranty about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information published here.

We take reasonable steps to ensure puppies are healthy at the time they are placed. Puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated according to age, dewormed, microchipped, and registered with KUSA. Puppies are released at the discretion of the attending veterinarian and only once they are old enough to leave their mother.

Once a puppy is placed with you, responsibility for its health, care, training, and wellbeing passes to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We aim to keep this website available and secure, but we do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice, including after a security incident.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, the kennel is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or expense arising from your use of this website, from your reliance on any information published on it, or from any issue that arises after a puppy has been placed with you.
